The Training Staff

Gladys Vignettes, President

Gladys Vignettes is the founder and President of Juarez Driving School. Her degree in business administration and accounting served as the foundation when Juarez Driving School came into existence in 1968. Since then, Juarez Driving School has become a leader in providing the trucking industry with quality graduates consistently. Gladys’ commitment and dedication to excellent training is evident by the personal interest she takes in all of her students. Her areas of expertise within the trucking industry includes program development, hazardous materials, safety and Department of Transportation regulations.

Pedro A. Vignettes, Training Program Director

Pedro A. Vignettes is the co-founder and Training Program Director of Juarez Driving School. His education in Business Administration and desire to help the Hispanic community has been instrumental in the day to day operations of Juarez Driving School. Pedro has over 44 years of experience in professional driving instruction with defensive driving techniques and his areas of expertise in training includes Commercial Drivers License endorsements. Department of Transportation hours or service regulations, safety, equipment maintenance procedures and practical work skills development.

Brenda Rosillo, Placement Coordinator

Brenda Rosillo is the Placement Coordinator of Juarez Driving School. Brenda is a well rounded professional with a Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and over twelve years experience in Human Resources. Brenda has established many contacts with all types of businesses and industries and prides herself in maintaining an “open door” policy with all of the Juarez Driving School graduates that are seeking placement assistance.
